Flexible or Volume choice 

Our document folders are printed in full colour on glossy card material. We print them and cut them to the right shape and score them where they will be folded to make folding easy and accurate. We supply them to you flat for you to fold into high quality presentation folders approximately 220x305mm.

Please choose from one of the following two options.

Flexible Option (quantities up to 200)
  • You can have the front cover (only) printed in full colour on one side or both.
  • The folders can be supplied with or without a 5mm gusset.
  • We can dispatch your folders in as few as two days.
  • You can have a PDF or hard copy proof.
  • You can have several different designs and pay for the total - for instance, you could have 25 each of four different designs and pay the 100 price.
  • Each folder can be personalised - see the option below.
Volume Option (quantities of 500 or more)
Our volume option offers outstanding value.
  • You can have folders printed on one side or both sides.
  • The folders can be supplied unlaminated, or with gloss or matt lamination on the outside.
  • The folders can be supplied with or without a 5mm gusset.
  • You can only have a PDF proof.
  • You can only have one design.
  • Your order will be dispatched no more than seven working days after you sign off your proof.

PDF file for you to download?

If you have Adobe’s Acrobat Reader we can proof your job via Acrobat PDF. This will give you a very accurate view of your job. You will receive an email with a URL to visit to download your proof.

Hard copy via Express Courier?

If you would like a printed copy as a proof, we will dispatch it Express Courier. Please be aware that the time taken in the post will affect your deadline. Hard copy proofs are not bound, varnished or celloglazed.

Please note carefully that if there are any problems with your job such as low resolution images that need to be replaced, missing fonts (usually not a problem with PDF files) or corrections that require a new proof, our dispatch undertaking will apply from when the final proof is signed off, and your 'must have' date may be unachievable, especially during busy trading times such as the three months before Christmas.

Economy Service

Delivery 1 to 5 days from dispatch. We use Star Track Express who deliver next day to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and up to five days to remote locations.

Premium Service

Delivery the morning following dispatch to most locations.

Payment by Credit Card

When you click Send order below, your credit card details are transferred to our secure web site. Your credit card account is NOT debited until we start working on your job.

Payment by Direct Deposit

If you cannot provide credit card details, payment can be made by direct deposit into our bank account (details below).


Upon placing your order, we require a $50 deposit for jobs the value of which is $250 or less. We require a 20% deposit for jobs the value of which is greater than $250.00. Work will not commence on your job until we receive your deposit.

Payment of the balance

Once you sign off the proof and ask us to produce your job, we require payment for the balance of your job. We will not commence production of your job until the necessary funds have been deposited in our account.

If your job does not proceed . . .

If we are unable to process your files, or if you cancel your order before we post a proof, your deposit will be refunded. If you find problems with your proof that are not of our making, you can either send us a corrected file ($50 fee) or have us make the corrections at our standard rates. If you decide to cancel your job after seeing the proof, we will refund the deposit less the costs associated with producing the proof.

Payment by cheque

We recognise that some institutions and individuals will want to pay by cheque. We require a $50 deposit for jobs the value of which is $250 or less. We require a 20% deposit for jobs the value of which is greater than $250.00. Work will not commence until we receive your deposit. Once you sign off the proof and ask us to produce your job, we require payment for the balance. We will not commence production of your job until payment has been received.

It may take quite some time to complete the upload depending on your file size and the speed of your internet connection.

When your upload is complete, you will get a screen with your order number, confirming the successful completion of your order. In addition, you will receive an email confirmation, sent to the email address you have entered, to confirm the above information. If you don't get a confirmation email or you suspect that your connection was lost or something else went wrong, please phone us for assistance.

Before sending your order, please double check the following important things.

  • I have supplied my fonts and high resolution images.
    Please note that for PDF files your fonts must be embedded.
  • I have converted all my images from RGB to CMYK.
  • If my job prints right to the edge of the page, I have added bleeds.
  • I have compressed my files using WinZip or Stuffit.
